Our story
Mission
Every shipment that lands takes a Vietnamese business further. Homexim handles every leg of the route with its customers, so each new shipment starts on firmer ground.
Homexim was founded by people who have spent years in freight forwarding. We wanted Vietnamese shippers to have a partner that says plainly what we can and cannot do, and once we take a shipment, stays with it until it is delivered.
Homexim handles FCL and LCL ocean freight, air cargo, customs clearance and domestic transport for Vietnamese importers and exporters, from small and mid-size businesses to factories. We are headquartered in Hanoi, with offices in Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City and agents across Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

How we work
One person in charge
Every shipment has a named person in charge, who answers directly to the customer on schedule, costs and documents.
Transparent costs
We charge only surcharges that appear in the quote or that the customer has approved in advance, so no surprise fees turn up at payment.
On the ground
We deal directly with shipping lines, ports and customs at Hai Phong, Cat Lai and Cai Mep, so problems are resolved the same day.

Three offices, one desk.
Head office in Hanoi, two operating offices next to the ports in Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City. Overseas legs are handled by our agent network in key markets.
