Do trucks run overnight to make a cut-off?

Do you handle out-of-gauge or overweight cargo?

How are trucking costs calculated?
By lane (origin to destination), vehicle or container type, plus actual surcharges if any (waiting overtime, after-hours lifting, incurred tolls). Everything is itemized in the quote before dispatch.
